Wb. Jet Scrubbers，Water Jet Blowers

Our jet scrubbers are air pollution control systems of the ejector-venturi type, designed and manufactured to remove the contaminant by bringing a scrubbing liquid into intimate contact with polluted gas stream.

Sizes and types are available from scrubbing a few cfm(or m3/min) of gas up to hundreds of thousands of cfm (or m3/min) with scrubbing efficiencies of 99.8%.

All systems use a liquid issuing from a single nozzle or multi nozzles to entrain, mix and scrub the gas.

Scrubbers are mainly made of construction steel, stainless steel and polyvinyl chloride in popular sizes.

They are readily obtainable in fabricated steel and can be equipped with lining with corrosion-resistant materials.

Jet Scrubber installations and efficiency studies have been the subject of many articles in the trade press.

Some common applications include acidulation of phosphate rock, removal of SO2, cleaning effluents from paint, meat cooking and rendering kettles, handling HCI, HF, NH3, CI2, some organic vapors, solid particulates, and obnoxious fumes and vapors from many process operations.
