Wa. Water Ejectors |
|
Water Ejectors use water under pressure as a motive force to perform vacuum pumping operation and made of stainless or other special materials depending on the applications required. |
There are two types of ejectors, single-nozzle type and multi-nozzle type. |
The single-nozzle consists of a nozzle, a diffuser and a body. |
The multi-nozzle consists of four or more nozzle designed to settle the each at the throat, a diffuser and a body. |
This type is designed of use where
the supply of pressure water is limited, or high capacities of suction are
required. |
Both
types operate the same. Mixing the water issuing from the nozzle with the
suction air or gases is carried to the diffuser part together and discharged to
atmosphere. Though the capacities of discharging non-condensable gases are not
as good as the steam-based ejectors, they are widely used where the supply of
steam is not available or limited. |
Water
ejectors are used to prime the pumps, siphon systems, evaporate liquids, and
exhaust air from filter boxes. |
In case of low steam pressure of only 0.3MPaG or less can be obtained despite 0.3MPaG or higher is normally required for the last stage of multiple steam ejectors to start up, our water ejectors can be served as the last stage of multiple steam ejectors. |
