Sa. Steam Ejectors

Steam Ejectors are designed to produce the vacuum ranging from atmosphere to 1 mmHg absolute.

They are used for filtration, distillation, absorption, mixing, drying, vacuum transfer, vacuum cooling,  water chilling, dehydrating.

They are quite simple in construction. With no rotating parts, ejectors can be manufactured with any practical materials.

Single stage ejector basically consists of an expanding nozzle, a diffuser, and a body.

Multi-stage ejectors that consist of 2 or more units are used to obtain vacuum much higher than in a single-stage unit.
