Chilled Water Plant |
Chilled Water Plants have many advantages. Probably the most important is the total absence of moving parts in the unit. |
Only accessory equipment, such as pumps and valves has the move, and they are easily accessible for maintenance purposes. |
Another equally important advantage is the solution for absorption in the Chilled Water Plants. |
A steam-jet Chilled Water Plants consist of an evaporator (or flash tank), a steam-jet ejector (or booster pump), a condenser, and a two-stage ejector non-condensable pump. Auxiliary components include a chilled water-circulating pump, a cooling water-circulating pump, and necessary valves and control elements. The pumps and valves are the only system components that contain moving parts. Chilled Water Plants can be mounted outdoors since no part of it is sensitive to weather. |
A large number of plants have been operating outdoors for many years. |
Our chilled water plants are the steam ejector type vacuum system that we have received quite high demand over many years for its reasonable price, easy handling and maintenance. More than 100 of our Chilled Water Plant are currently in service at chemical plants and paper manufacturing plants. We are leading others in terms of experience, intensive research and excellent workmanship in this field. |
